New To Yoga

If you are new to yoga, the Introduction To Forrest Yoga Class Series is recommended. This is a three class series that introduces the student to the basics, terminology and philosophy of Forrest yoga. A student that has completed the Intro To Forrest Yoga Class Series should be able to join the All Levels classes conducted during the week and be able to work at their level. Attendance to all three sessions of this Intro To Yoga series is recommended before a new student attempts to join an All Levels Class. Please contact me using the email provided in the Contact Link before  attempting to attend the Intro To Yoga Series. This series of classes requires pre-registration. I would also like to hear about general health issues and past/present injuries before the class.
Things to bring to class: yoga mat, strap, towel, bottle of water.
